What Fit Bud is

Fit Bud matches people who want a personal trainer with a coach who trains them where they already are. The idea came from watching how many people in the Philippines give up on the gym for reasons that have nothing to do with wanting to be fit: the drive, the heat, the crowd, the feeling of not knowing what to do. Take the trip away and most of those reasons go with it.

In-person coaching covers Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite and Rizal. Everyone else in the Philippines, from Cebu to Davao, is coached online with a weekly call and a written program.

How we work

• Every first session ends with a written plan. If you stop after one session, you still leave with something useful.
• Nothing is sold before the coach has met you. Quotes come after a short assessment, in writing, and the transport charge is quoted by distance so nobody is surprised.
• Nutrition guidance is habit-based and stays clear of medicine. Anyone with a diagnosed condition is sent to their doctor for food advice.
• Medical clearance is asked for where it matters: pregnancy, heart conditions, recent surgery, bone conditions, recent falls.
• Everything on this site is something you can hold us to in a session: the written plan you keep, the quote in writing, the transport charge by distance. If a page gets something wrong, tell the coach or send it through the form and it is corrected.

The coach you meet

Your coach is matched to your goal and your area when you send the form, and you meet them at the first session before you commit to a block. Each coach is listed here with the areas they cover and the kinds of training they run as the owner confirms the details.
