How it works, from enquiry to your first session
Four steps. The form, a reply with a quote, the first session at your place or on a call, and then a weekly rhythm with a written plan. Anywhere in the Philippines. In-person coaching where a coach is within reach; online coaching everywhere else.
Book a first sessionSend the enquiry form
The form asks for your name, email, city or area, what you want to work on, where you want to train and the days and times that suit you. It also asks for a mobile number for WhatsApp or SMS, so the coach can reply there as well as by email. It takes about two minutes. Give your city or town, because that is what the transport charge is quoted on.
We reply and quote after a short assessment
You get a reply by email, usually with a few questions: whether you have any pain or a medical history, what space you have, and whether anyone else will train with you. If you are in an in-person area (Olongapo City and the rest of Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Laguna and nearby Luzon) the coach proposes a day for the first session at your place, and the transport charge is quoted by distance from Olongapo City. Anywhere else in the Philippines, or if you would rather not have someone in the house, the coach proposes online coaching instead: the same first session, on a video call.
The quote for the program comes after that first session, in writing, because the coach needs to see how you move first. The transport charge is quoted by distance and is included in the same email.
Coaching
Set after the first session, once the coach has seen how you move and how often you want to train.
Transport
Quoted by distance. One charge per session, whoever is training.
Your quote
Coaching and transport together, in one written email.
What moves the transport charge
- Training as a group of two to four: still one transport charge, shared between you.
- Online coaching: coaching only. No transport charge, anywhere in the Philippines.
The first session at your place
The coach arrives with a bag of bands and a pair of dumbbells or a kettlebell, and sits down with you first. The consultation covers your week and your goal. The movement screen is a short set of basic movements the coach watches. Goals are agreed and written down. You end with a written plan, and if there is time, a gentle first workout.
The weeks after
Most people settle into two sessions a week with the coach and one or two days on the written plan alone. Every session is written up at the end. Every few weeks the plan changes. When a week goes wrong, the coach adjusts instead of restarting. If you want to add a family member, switch to online, or pause for a month, you say so and the plan follows.
